Security Systems Service Technician

Job Description Job Description * Installs, troubleshoots, repairs and configures access control, security alarms, and closed circuit television systems * Responds to customer service calls in a timely and efficient manner, troubleshoots and repairs as needed. * Completes necessary documentation as per the Service Delivery Policy. * Communicates with central dispatch on current work order status and receives updates on outstanding customer issues on a daily basis following the Service Delivery Policy. * Participates in after hours service program * Good verbal and written communication skills for summarizing tasks performed with customer.
